Can we start with only some modules?
Yes. Start with what matters most — say finance, sales and purchasing — and switch on inventory, production or payroll later. The modules are connected from day one.
Can you migrate data from our current accounting software?
Yes. We import customers, suppliers, items, opening AR, AP and stock balances, and employee data from your old system or Excel, and reconcile the balances before go-live.
How well does it handle Thai tax and reporting?
It covers input and output VAT reports, withholding tax, personal income tax, social security, provident fund and branch numbers on tax invoices. Every document posts to the ledger automatically under Thai accounting practice.
We have several companies or branches. One system?
Yes. Each company's data is kept separate, users switch between the companies they are granted, and stock can live in many warehouses and locations.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It is a web system for desktop, tablet and phone. Staff request leave and OT and view payslips, approvers approve from their phone, and drivers get a dedicated delivery screen.
How secure is our data?
Two-step sign-in for administrators and finance, permissions down to the action, an audit trail of every change, and encrypted daily backups.
Can it connect to our POS or other systems?
Yes. WiwatSoft is a software development team, so we can connect the ERP to POS, an online store or your existing systems via API, as scoped in the quotation.
How long until we can go live?
